The roast
A label of our own, and good guests
The house coffee carries the Gramo Coffee Roasters label, our roastery in Mexico City; medium roasts are worked in Cuernavaca with Kurt W. And because good coffee knows no borders, the shelf hosts guest roasters too: Flowerchild and Hydrangea from California, and Color Roasters from Colorado.
Every bag tells you where it comes from, who produced it, how high it grew, and what it tastes like. The rest is up to your brew method.
