We take good coffee to the spaces that are missing it

Gramo Café

Eight cafés across Cuernavaca and Mexico City: gardens, museums, bookstores, and a roastery of our own.

The house

Born in a garage, at the height of the pandemic

Gramo began as a coffee bar in a Cuernavaca garage, set up by Salo and Sara when the world stood still. Today every location is conceived like a film — with its own set, props and soundtrack — but the rule is still the one from day one: coffee, done well, without hurry.

Life is too short to drink bad coffee.
