A natural grown in Morelos at 1,890 metres by the Meléndez y Córtes family. High-grown Typica with a surprisingly delicate profile: black tea, lemongrass and jasmine blossom in a clean, light cup. Medium roast by Kurt W in Cuernavaca. 250 g whole bean.
